A Plan to Go (consultation/planning) fee of $200 is required for each individual tailor-made itinerary, destination weddings, and groups of 10 or more travelers. The deposit is non-refundable and is considered a service fee for planning your trip.
Land Tour package reservation:
To begin research on a land tour package, an initial payment of $150 is required. Once the fee is paid in full, Claritas Travel LLC will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip. However, if you book and deposit the trip, the $150 fee will be applied to your reservation..
Cruise and River Cruise:
The first three quotes, and up to two destinations are complimentary. Anything above requires a $150 research fee.
Air Travel:
Airline tickets that are booked by our office and not part of a vacation package or cruise are subject to a $50 (domestic) $100 (international) per ticket fee. When multiple tickets are required for your itinerary, the fee applies to each segment. All fees are per person and nonrefundable.
Cancel/Change:
Change Fee: $50.00 plus any supplier charges.
Trip Cancellation Fee: $50.00 plus any supplier charges.
